At Metamind Inspire, all payments made towards our programs, workshops, and services are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer cash refunds for any reason. However, in the event a participant is unable to attend a paid program, credit may be issued at our sole discretion. This credit can be used towards any future program conducted by Metamind Inspire within 6 months from the date of issue.
To request a credit transfer, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled program start time. No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for any credit.
